Ingredients

  • 1 bagel (GOLO Recipe)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 1 slice all-natural cheese

  • Vegetables (optional)


Directions

  1. Bake bagel according to the recipe (refer to GOLO bagel recipes above).

  2. Slice bagel in half and cook 1 egg in 1 tsp butter.

  3. Place egg on bagel. Top with 1 slice of all-natural cheese and any desired vegetables (optional).
