Apple Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup apple, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup quinoa, cooked

  • 1 oz pecans, chopped

  • 1-1/2 Tbsp hemp seeds


Directions

  1. In a sauce pan heat milk, butter, maple syrup, chopped apples and cinnamon until warm, do not boil.

  2. Lay cooked quinoa in a bowl. Once the milk and apples mixture is warm, pour over-top of the quinoa.

  3. Top with pecans & hemp seeds. Enjoy!
