1/2 cup whole milk
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/4 cup apple, chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup quinoa, cooked
1 oz pecans, chopped
1-1/2 Tbsp hemp seeds
In a sauce pan heat milk, butter, maple syrup, chopped apples and cinnamon until warm, do not boil.
Lay cooked quinoa in a bowl. Once the milk and apples mixture is warm, pour over-top of the quinoa.
Top with pecans & hemp seeds. Enjoy!
