Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal

  • 1/4 cup whole milk

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup apple, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon


Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Mix well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
