1 medium-large bell pepper, any color
4 oz cheese
2 eggs
Sea salt & pepper, to taste
Wash and cut bell pepper in half and remove seeds.
Sprinkle inside of each half with 1 oz shredded cheese.
Crack 1 egg in each pepper half. Season with salt and pepper or other desired seasonings.
Sprinkle 1 oz shredded cheese over the top of each half.
Cook in the air fryer at 330°F for 12-15 minutes (one egg should come out a little "over-hard" at 15 minutes).
