Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • Everything Bagel seasoning, or your favorite seasoning


Directions

  1. In a medium bowl whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.

  2. Add yogurt and mix with a fork until well combined.

  3. Lightly dust the counter with flour and knead the dough by hand for 2 minutes or until smooth and slightly tacky.

  4. Divide dough into 4 equal servings. Roll each piece out into a rope, then join ends together to form a bagel. Brush with egg wash, then sprinkle with seasoning.

  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until bagels are golden in color.
